All applicants must be ITAR and EAR eligible to work on our government contracts. Vista Photonics does not have the authorization to release covered technology to employees who do not meet the requirements for the technology transfer. In compliance with Federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and authorization to work in the United States, to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire, and acknowledge that they will not need the Company to obtain export licenses or sponsorships.
